You know what we offer, but who are the people behind your wedding?
My name is Jon-Paul Brown, and I am the owner of Elope Biloxi. I am a veteran of the United States Air Force, an aviation meteorologist who studied at the 335th Training Squadron before getting stationed in Germany and Hawaii. I value every minute I spent in the Air Force and use the skills I learned in the military to provide excellence, integrity, and excellent service to all of my couples.
I have been in business for six years and operate throughout the United States and Europe. Honestly, I never thought I would end up in the wedding industry, but it’s where I found myself after completing my enlistment obligations.
When my wife and I decided we wanted to get married, I noticed a rather large hole in the wedding market: either you fly to Vegas and get married by Elvis wearing a powder-blue tuxedo, or you spend $30,000 on a wedding. Neither option appealed to us, so I created my first elopement business in Asheville, NC, in 2011.
Having been stationed at Keesler, I understand the need for couples to get married before being transferred to their permanent duty stations. There are few – if any – options for couples wanting a memorable wedding that doesn’t feel rushed or “GI.” Elope Biloxi seeks to fill that need!

You contact us and tell us your preferred wedding date and what you need to make your wedding complete, and we will do almost all of the rest. All you will need to do is get your Mississippi wedding license, and we will do everything else.
